Group of farmers
To explore the weak points of an idea and build solutions to fill the gap.
Group members write down all the little problems or irritations concerning the issue they are working on, and then the group discusses solutions for each of these "bugs".
(from Adams, Conceptual Blockbusting: A Guide to Better Ideas, 1987)
If you cannot find the bugs in less than ten minutes, it means that you are suffering from a perceptive or emotional block or that you have life unusually under control! It may be the most specific reflection you have ever made on what small details in life are bothering you; if done correctly, your bug list should trigger ideas for inventions, ideas, possible changes, etc. in your mind.
