To get to know each other and discuss different topics / ideas. 

Everyone chooses a person and talks to them for 2 to 4 minutes, then find a new dialogue partner. This round can be repeated up to 10 times so that everyone gets to know each other, identifies common topics of conversation and establishes a basis for dialogue.
