Goal

To analyse and reflect on your own situation.

Description

The Analysis Wheel is a practical tool to evaluate complex situations and guide strategic decisions. Start by visualising the seven key elements—Initial Situation, Personal Wishes, Opportunities and Resources, Strengths, Obstacles and Dangers, Future Trends, and Environmental Factors—in a circular wheel format. This layout helps to illustrate the interconnected nature of these elements.

Engage relevant stakeholders to provide input for each segment, ensuring a holistic view of the situation. Use the insights to identify patterns, prioritise actions, and develop an actionable plan that aligns with your goals.

Revisit the Analysis Wheel regularly to monitor progress, adapt strategies to new circumstances, and ensure continuous alignment with changing internal and external conditions. By leveraging the structured approach of the wheel, you can make informed, balanced decisions and anticipate challenges effectively.
