Support to farmers

Group of farmers

One-on-one

Goal

A tool to reflect on how the innovation process has developed so far, identifying high and low energy moments, exploring constructive insights about what has happened so far and preparing for next stages.

Description

Map a timeline and have participants add the key activities/milestones/deliverables/moments (each a "scene") so far. Participants then glue -provided- emojis to each of scene they participated in; these should express how they felt on each one. By the end there will be "clusters" of emojis per scene. The group discusses each scene's results, and participants share their insights. The facilitator collects them in the flipchart and the group identifies lessons learnt that could be used in future developments.
