A simple method to tap into your peers' wisdom, experiences and ideas to address a challenge; and harnessing their insights and perspectives to find innovative solutions for your challenges.

The "narrator" asks participants a question to get their advice, but providing very basic information. Participants ask questions to understand the situation until they feel they can start the analysis. Participants discuss what they believe might be happening/what is behind the problem. Based on the participants' questions and reflections, the narrator reformulates the question. Participants provide their advice (one by one; no discussion/comments from the narrator allowed!). Narrator and participants share what they are taking away from this conversation.
