This workshop aims to bridge the gap between the agrifood industry and academic research by providing a space for brainstorming, sharing industry challenges, and exploring innovative research solutions. The event is structured to encourage open dialogue and partnership building through a series of presentations and a final B2B matchmaking session. The workshop will start with a welcome and brainstorming session to set the tone, followed by presentations of the sector's demands and the university research groups' active research lines. The event will conclude with a focused B2B session, where research groups and entrepreneurs from the agrifood sector are paired for potential collaborations. This format is designed to accelerate the development of innovative solutions that respond directly to the needs of the agrifood industry.
