Goal

With this type of design thinking, the aim is to create and test effective products in order to learn from customers and improve the solution as quickly as possible; the principles of Prototyping and User Contribution are most widely used.

Description

We start by defining the initial concept and design, then move on to the development of the first prototype. The first prototype will be extremely simple, this will prompt people to provide more suggestions for possible improvements rather than criticism. Here begins an iterative process of testing, feedback gathering and prototype improvement. The process continues until the product manager feels that a satisfactory product-market fit has been achieved. The strength of the method lies in the speed of the process of testing and improving the prototype in small steps. This approach greatly reduces the risks associated with the need to revise the prototype from scratch but requires considerable resources and close user involvement.
