One-on-one

Goal

To develop a vision and a project idea with a smaller group of people by examining a problem from different perspectives.

Description

The Walt Disney Method is a tool for brainstorming and implementing ideas, based on role-playing to examine a problem from three sequential perspectives: the Dreamer, the Realist and the Critic. These three roles must coexist in sequence to overcome the obstacles that arise when only one or two perspectives are considered. The Dreamer can't realise his ideas without realism. The Critic and the Realist are less creative and innovative without the Dreamer. While the Dreamer and the Realist can work together, they will not achieve the level of quality that is possible with the input of the Critic.
