Support to farmers

Group of farmers

Goal

To collect many ideas from a group of farmers and stakeholders in a short amount of time.

Description

The GPS wheel consists of 6 sections, each representing a different question.

Two people brainstorm one question within a limited time, typically 8 minutes. The key message is: don’t overthink, write down every idea on a post-it, and stick it on the wheel. When time is up, the wheel is rotated, and participants move on to brainstorm the next question, building upon the ideas from previous participants, but with even less time—6 minutes. This process continues until everyone has brainstormed for all 6 questions, and the wheel is filled with ideas. These ideas are then clustered and selected.
