Goal

To give meaning to a project—motivating, engaging, and guiding—by answering the question 'What's the point?'.

Description

Tools for the project launch workshop:

  1. Draw a large circle with a star inside.

  2. Assign each point of the star to a key stakeholder involved in the project.

  3. Ask participants to write keywords on Post-its that answer:

    • "What does this stakeholder expect from us?"

    • "How can we inspire and amaze them?"

  4. Summarize the Circle of Meaning in a single sentence—this will serve as the project's motto.
