Group of farmers
To get to know each other better within a new group through engaging questions and creative activities.
When a new group forms, it is important to first get to know and connect with one another. Through selected questions, visual representations, and small team tasks, participants engage in conversations that go beyond the usual introductions. Instead of simply asking ‘What’s your name?’ or ‘Where are you from?’, the focus is on deeper, more personal insights. The goal is to explore emotional perspectives and individual experiences within the group.
Creative questions and activities might include: ‘Describe what collaboration means to you,’ or an exercise where each participant shares three statements about themselves—two truths and one lie. Another engaging activity involves showing a personal keychain and explaining the story behind one of its items.
