Support to farmers

Group of farmers

Goal

To promote and improve group work through creative approaches and to strengthen the sense of unity within the group.

Description

Sometimes a group doesn't make any progress during its collaboration, it gets stuck, perhaps gets hung up on small things and thus prevents the goal from being achieved. However, the atmosphere within a group also needs to be lightened from time to time during their work. In such cases, ‘creative time-outs’ are worthwhile. Through visual assistance and small team tasks, the group members should be encouraged to think creatively so that they can focus on the essentials again afterwards.

Examples for this method are: What you can do with a paper clip? Thinking out of the box: For example, show the participants a half-drawn fish and let them finish the drawing without creating a fish at the end.
