Support to farmers

Group of farmers

One-on-one

Goal

To develop a clear target formulation by asking the interested parties specific questions when the idea is still vague.

Description

A person or group may have a vague idea and seek information about funding opportunities.

The counsellor can begin by explaining the objectives of the available funding options and then encourage the interested parties to formulate more concrete goals and ideas. This can be done by asking targeted, clarifying questions such as:

  • “Did I understand that correctly?”
  • “Which target group would you like to address with your idea?”
  • “Do I understand correctly that…?”

These questions help guide the conversation and prompt deeper thinking. This technique requires active listening, precise formulation, and the ability to ask relevant, thought-provoking questions. It supports the process of refining and specifying the initial idea.
