To align group members toward a common goal by visualising each member's goals and ideas using a suitable tool.

Whether on a movable wall, a padlet or a whiteboard, all members have the opportunity to put their ideas, visions and goals with regard to the project ‘on the wall’. This makes them visible to every group member and allows them to be summarized and clustered. The visualization may reveal that the different interests and ideas are not so far apart after all, so that a relevant direction can be found. This also helps to acknowledge the different goals of the partners and creates a better understanding of each other.
